Role Summary

We are looking for an open to learning and committed Aircraft Maintenance Program Planner to join our CAMO organization team. The person in this position will be responsible for analyzing, implementing and managing maintenance programs for aircraft, engines and their equipment for CHC fleet and external customers.

Maintenance Program Planner

Place of work: Jasionka near Rzeszów, Poland

Type of contract: fixed-term, substitution agreement (approx. 24 months)

Working model: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and implement maintenance requirements as defined by manufacturers (Airbus, Sikorsky, Bell, Leonardo) and aviation authorities.
  • Create, update, and manage Maintenance Programs for CHC fleet aircraft and external customers.
  • Analyze and implement technical publications such as Service Bulletins (SB) and Directives (AD).
  • Development of job cards (JC) and work orders (WO).
  • Verifying data in AMOS, forecasting maintenance needs, generating reports and technical statuses.
  • Preparation of documentation for ARC reviews.

Qualifications, Skills & Attributes

  • University degree or equivalent experience in continuing airworthiness management, maintenance, or other areas of an aviation organization.
  • Very good knowledge of English and Polish language (min. B2 level).
  • Accuracy and diligence in performing duties.
  • Openness to learning and willingness to continuously develop one's skills and acquire new knowledge.
  • Ability to work effectively under time pressure, remaining calm and professionalism.
  • Knowledge of EASA Part-CAMO regulations and SMS safety management principles is desired but not mandatory.
