This is a senior leadership role focused primarily on driving business growth in Poland, with a strong emphasis on the military sector. A majority part of the role centers on proactive business development—identifying opportunities, building strategic relationships, and expanding our footprint. The remaining part involves commercial oversight, including proposal development, pricing strategy, and contract negotiation. The ideal candidate will be a confident, self-driven professional with deep market insight and strong financial and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications & Experience
✅ Senior-level experience in business development and commercial roles
✅ Strong understanding of Polish military and government procurement processes
✅ Proven success in sales strategy, relationship management, and proposal development
✅ High proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and general digital tools
✅ Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
✅ Strong preference for candidates with aviation maintenance experience
✅ Fluent in Polish and English - spoken and written - a must have
✅ Must have legal right to live and work in Poland
