Role Summary

Central Services Training Compliance & Governance Coordinator

 

Workplace: Jasionka near Rzeszów (podkarpackie), hybrid work

Type of employment: Contract of employment (UoP)

 

 

Ensures that training programs adhere to regulatory standards, managing risk and overseeing internal compliance

through audits, record maintenance, and governance policy implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure training programs comply with applicable regulations and CHC standards.
  • Conduct internal audits and inspections; manage corrective actions.
  • Maintain Governance & compliance records and documentation.
  • Provide training on compliance procedures and requirements.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
  • Identify and manage governance & compliance risks.
  • Regularly review and update training policies and procedures, where applicable.
  • Stay current with regulatory & Company changes and adapt compliance strategies accordingly.

Qualifications, Skills & Attributes

Required:

  • Strong understanding of training compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience conducting audits and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ability to interpret and apply governance policies.

 

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree or/and 4 years of relevant experience for the role.
  • Experience in training coordination, preferably in aerospace or engineering.
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience
  • Ability to travel internationally.
  • Microsoft office applications/excel/word/power point.
  • Must have legal right to live and work in Poland.
