Role Summary

Travel Planner Standards

 

Workplace: Jasionka, near Rzeszów (podkarpackie), hybrid work

Type of employment: Contract of employment (UoP)

 

Responsible for the efficient and cost-effective planning, coordination, and management of crew travel for training, ensuring alignment with policy, budgets, and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, book, and manage travel logistics for crew attending training.
  • Ensure travel arrangements align with budgets and approval workflows.
  • Monitor and reconcile travel expenses and accounts.
  • Act as the primary contact for travel-related support and queries.
  • Maintain and optimize travel booking systems and tools.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping in travel platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with travel policies, legal requirements, and procedures.
  • Conduct audits and inspections; recommend and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with AOCs, planners, HR, Finance, and suppliers.
  • Monitor global travel restrictions or disruptions that could impact training.

Qualifications, Skills & Attributes

Required:

  • Experience with corporate or crew travel coordination.
  • Familiarity with travel management systems and budgeting.
  • Knowledge of travel policies, compliance, and reporting requirements.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills & ability to work with both internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree or/and 4 years of relevant experience for the role.
  • Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, experience or training consistent with the above.
  • Ability to travel internationally.
  • Microsoft office applications/excel/word/power point.
  • Must have legal right to live and work in Poland.
