Role Summary

Engineer Training Coordinator

Workplace: Jasionka near Rzeszów (podkarpackie), hybrid work

Fixed term contract/full time

 

The Training Coordinator is responsible for managing training, certification, and qualification processes within the PART 145 training organisation. This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements for mechanics, technicians, engineers, and supporting functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage training and certification processes in the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Oversee qualification processes to ensure compliance with CHC & industry standards and regulations.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate internal and external training sessions.
  • Manage regulatory training programs for new employees.
  • Generate reports on training progress, certification status, and key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency in training practices.
  • Maintain accurate training records and certifications.
  • Liaise with external training providers for specialized training.
  • Organize and schedule external training events.
  • Process and archive training records and forms.
  • Create course certificates and ensure documentation is uploaded into the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Provide support and guidance on training requirements and certification processes.

Qualifications, Skills & Attributes

Required:

  • Knowledge of PART 145 regulations and training requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration across time zones and cultures.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of training development, qualification processes, and certification management
  • Legal right to live and work in Poland.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree or/and 4 years of relevant experience for the role.
  • Experience in training coordination, preferably in aerospace or engineering.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally
  • Microsoft Office proficiency: excel/word/power point.
