Role Summary

The successful Candidate will be responsible for aircraft maintenance, structure repairs on aircraft and aircraft components.

 Painter

Workplace: Jasionka (near Rzeszów)

Key Responsibilities

  • Chemical and mechanical paint stripping;
  • Application of sealants;
  • Preparation of components and structure of helicopter for painting;
  • Varnishing and finishing of paint surfaces;
  • Repairing metal structures and composites;
  • Documenting maintenance in accordance with the adopted quality system defined in the maintenance procedures;
  • Adhering to the highest standards of work safety and environmental protection;
  • Implementation of the practical training process;
  • Executing the painting process for compliance with maintenance data;
  • Certifying the performed service for compliance with the requirements of the supervisory authorities;
  • Participate in the implementation of area improvement and post-audit activities.

Qualifications, Skills & Attributes

  • Technical high school,
  • At least two years of experience in a similar position in an aviation organization,
  • Ability to repair aircraft structures using various methods,
  • Knowledge of tools and materials used in the process of repairing metal and composite structures,
  • Knowledge of service standards,
  • Knowledge of PART-145 regulations,
  • Knowledge of IT systems supporting maintenance management.
  • English language on B1 level minimum,
  • Computer literacy,
  • Ability to organize own work,
  • Openness and communicativeness,
  • Ability to work in a team,
  • Must have the legal right to live and work in Poland.
