Role Summary

The Content Administrator will be responsible for generating and editing technical content.  They will work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and editors throughout the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • The Content Administrator will be responsible for generating, standardising, and editing technical content, such as operation manuals, procedures, and other internal documents. They will work closely with subject matter experts (pilots, engineers, specialists, etc.).
  • Work with technical content throughout its entire lifecycle – from creation to permanent storage or deletion. Work with subject matter experts to implement their requirements, applying Company writing standards.
  • Review and revise existing content in close cooperation with subject matter experts.
  • Work closely with other team members to keep Company writing standards.
  • Proofreading documents.
  • Distribution of completed documents through various channels.
  • Adhere to CHC corporate safety, health, environment and quality policy.

Qualifications, Skills & Attributes

  • A university graduate (technical, English, administration, or related).
  • Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking in English (min. B2).
  • Good at finding inconsistencies and logic flaws in existing content.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality documentation with attention to detail.
  • Analytical thinker with strong detail orientation.
  • Ability to learn technical, detailed procedures as required for this function.
  • Experience in proofreading, editing and revising content in light of the author’s style and the readers’ needs would be an asset.
  • Experience in writing policies and procedures would be an asset.
  • Experience with XML editing software and content management systems would be welcome.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (MS Word, MS Excel).
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Must have legal right to live and work in Poland.
