- A university graduate (technical, English, administration, or related).
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking in English (min. B2).
- Good at finding inconsistencies and logic flaws in existing content.
- Ability to deliver high-quality documentation with attention to detail.
- Analytical thinker with strong detail orientation.
- Ability to learn technical, detailed procedures as required for this function.
- Experience in proofreading, editing and revising content in light of the author’s style and the readers’ needs would be an asset.
- Experience in writing policies and procedures would be an asset.
- Experience with XML editing software and content management systems would be welcome.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (MS Word, MS Excel).
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Must have legal right to live and work in Poland.
