Role Summary

Training Coordinator will be responsible for the maintaining of all Maintenance personnel records within the Company Qualification Management Systems, QMS and AMOS in order to safeguard the training and operational compliance on behalf of the respective Business Units within CHC. Required to maintain an overview of planned & completed training and identify any issues that may compromise compliance to the Accountable Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage trainings in accordance with Part -145, Part-21 G and J – Camo requirements,
  • Prepare and conduct training in accordance with the scope of competencies
  • Prepare and maintain MCAs of the personnel in accordance with Part -145 and Part 21 G requirements
  • Manage data in PELESYS
  • AMOS-maintain system & update records
  • Preparing/replenish new syllabus (courses/CS seminar/HF training)
  • Prepare procedures and instructions necessary to describe processes in accordance with requirements of Part-145, Part-21G&J and Part-CAMO
  • Find, locate, and host external training providers for adhoc training 
  • Organize & schedule external training events
  • Prepare reports on training due dates from PELESYS
  • Prepare procedures and instructions necessary to describe processes in accordance with requirements of with Part -145 and Part – Camo
  • Performing / managing additional tasks, duties and projects assigned by the Manager  
  • Employees must comply with and adhere to all company policies.
  • International travel may be required.

Qualifications, Skills & Attributes

EXPERIENCE:

  • 2 years experience as a process administrator is preferred
  • Analysis and compliance with Maintenance administrative duties
  • Analysis and compliance with aviation regulations, specifically in the Maintenance Functions
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
  • Fluent English speaking and writing is required
  • Must have legal right to live and work in Poland.

 

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • For candidates lacking a degree, employer will accept 2 years of experience. Employer might accept any suitable combination of education, experience or training consistent with the above

CERTIFICATIONS/SKILLS: 

 

Microsoft office applications/excel/word/power point.  Strong Communication, planning and organizational skills.  Strong interpersonal skills, problem solving abilities and the ability to work in a dynamic and fluid environment.
