Role Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordination and supervision of day-to-day tasks on aircraft during maintenance.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Project on-time delivery with high quality standards;
  • Detail aircraft maintenance plan preparation and execution in a daily basis, cooperation with project team (Project Manager, Maintenance Planner, Part 145 Engineer, Supply Chain);
  • Team management regarding effectives of the work (hours booking in the system in accordance with tasks quoted in approved maintenance quotation);
  • Managing the time bookings at the end of each working day;
  • Work coordination with different departments Sheet metals, Avionics, Paint shop etc.;
  • Cooperation with Base Maintenance Supervisor regarding manpower/tools/equipment needed for project completion;
  • Active working on Aircraft to keep valid license – minimum activity, back up for aircraft assigned Certifying Staff;
  • Findings description verification before data transfer to planning department (maintenance hours, parts, findings rectification solution);
  • Support the project quotation process and definition of project phases;
  • Working with logistic department regarding “rotable” components packing and shipping;
  • Cooperation with planning & engineering department during creation of W/O’s;
  • Supervising tools and chemicals – on dock.

 

Qualifications, Skills & Attributes

  • Good technical knowledge about aircraft maintenance standards,
  • Experience in maintenance, minimum 4 years,
  • Knowledge about Part 145 requirements,
  • B 1.3 License, preferred C license for rotorcrafts,
  • Fluency in Polish and English is essential,
  • Self-motivated and results oriented,
  • Excellent listening, verbal and written communication,
  • Ability to lead in a rapidly evolving and dynamic environment,
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret research data for reports and apply mathematic techniques in practical situations,
  • Demonstrated team player with excellent interpersonal skills,
  • Able to work as part of a team,
  • Must have the legal right to live and work in Poland.
